Purchasing, fulfillment, and accessing your order.
Most orders are processed shortly after payment is confirmed. Processing time can vary by product, quantity, and supplier availability. You can follow the current status from My orders.
Your purchase and its delivery details appear in My orders inside your Accounds account. When delivery is complete, open the order to view and copy the supplied account data.
Products are sold for the purchaser’s use and delivery details are shown only in the purchasing customer’s protected order history. Change any editable recovery information after purchase when the product instructions recommend it.
Yes. Marketplace inventory and supplier prices can change in real time. Accounds checks product availability again when you place the order and uses the confirmed checkout price.

Understanding listings, formats, and common terminology.
Every listing describes its delivery format before purchase. Delivered fields may include a username, email address, password, recovery details, cookies, or two-factor authentication information depending on the product.
A soft-registered, or softreg, account is created through an automated registration process. Always review the listing because included profile information, email access, cookies, and verification details differ between products.
Fresh accounts were registered recently and may be more sensitive to a new device, location, or a high volume of activity. Aged accounts have an older registration history, but age does not guarantee that a platform will accept every action or login environment.
If an account has a specific registration period, it will be stated in the product title or description. When no age is listed, treat the account as recently registered.
The marketplace can only sell products currently shown in the live catalog. Use category filters and product descriptions to find the closest match; support cannot create unlisted specifications on demand.

Reducing access issues after delivery.
Read the product instructions first and avoid making many immediate changes. A new device, IP address, location, or unusual activity can trigger a platform security check. Accounds cannot guarantee how a third-party platform will respond to a new login.
Some platforms may request additional verification after a new login. Temporary registration numbers are not normally reusable unless the listing explicitly includes continued access. Check the delivered data and product description before contacting support.
First review every delivered field and the original listing. If required information was promised but is missing, contact support with your order number. Requests for identity documents or information not included in the listing may not be recoverable.

Getting help when a delivered product has a problem.
Stop repeated login attempts and contact support promptly. Include the order number, the affected item, and a clear description or screenshot of the error. This helps the team review the issue within the product’s guarantee period.
Eligibility depends on the product description, stated guarantee period, and the cause of the issue. Support reviews the order and supplied evidence before deciding whether replacement, refund, or additional troubleshooting applies.
Use the Accounds contact page and include the email connected to your account and the relevant order number. Never send your Accounds password to support.
Send us your question or include an order number for purchase support.
